From the first visit to the wedding day, the experience was phenomenal. The team were always at the end of the phone or quickly responding to emails, to answer any questions we had. When we arrived the afternoon before the wedding, Katie was exceptional, she helped us set up, calmed any nerves and helped out with an last minute changes. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly, they were there to guide us, make sure the day ran on time and everyone was where they needed to be. We used Ross & Ross for all of our catering and they were fantastic. We had so many people comment on the day or contact after the wedding to say how wonderful the venue, team, food and day was. Myself and Scott cannot thank you enough for all your help and guidance from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend Crockwell Farm as a wedding venue. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so wonderful and memorable.

Crockwell farm will not disappoint! Me and my husband got married on 07/08/2023 and it was the best experience we could ever ask for. The grounds are stunning! So much space perfect if you are having children at the wedding or not. Staff at Crockwell was alway on hand to support throughout planning and arranging. Every single person that we had spoken to or met was absolutely lovely and very ready to help! Our friends and family all live in London and found the website very informative on what was around and where to stay which was another thing for us to not worry about! We still have guests that telling us what an amazing 3 days they had and they wish they can do it all over again (including myself with how smooth things went). The food was absolutely amazing. They were brilliant with us and our guests as well as making last minute changes on request! We would deeply recommend having your wedding at Crockwell farm!

I am not sure where to start. Our wedding day was simply perfect! The venue, staff, organisation, FOOD, drinks choices, cleanliness, rooms, assistance along the way was just all outstanding. Weddings are so stressful and the whole team at Crockwell were just exceptionally kind, helpful and wonderful. We cannot thank them enough and just wish we could do it all again!!!!

Where do I even begin? Our wedding day at Crockwell Farm was the best day of our lives. We knew as soon as we visited Crockwell Farm that this was an incredibly special venue and we knew this was our place to get married. Crockwell wasn’t just absolutely beautiful but it provided different options on where to get married (the pavilion, the barn and marquee), accommodation on site and delicious food (all which was very important to us). Not only this, Crockwell Farm is family-run which made it feel very intimate and special, a remote location, and offered a three day hire which we thought was amazing. So many other venues only granted access the morning of the wedding or even midday which we really did not like whereas Crockwell we were able to get access from 2pm the day before which allowed us to decorate the venue exactly how we envisioned but also allow us to have extended celebrations. The option to have the bar open the evening before and have close family and friends at the venue was amazing. It was so nice to get excited with our guests and show close friends and family around the venue. Sarah was our wedding coordinator and she was so attentive, kind and just all round excellent. I’m quite an anxious person and can be a bit fretful but she really helped me remain calm and also laid back. I trusted that everything was under control and it was. She was a friendly face to come to with anything and everything, incredibly professional and felt like having another friend to help you celebrate the day. All of the staff were also incredibly helpful. Some guests mentioned to me how incredible it was that staff came round the tables to make sure people had ways of getting home and asking if they can book a taxi. Communication with Crockwell Farm was incredible throughout. I asked many many questions and honestly no question ever felt like a stupid question and responses were always quick. We had a fantastic tour round the venue initially, enjoyed an open evening, taster evening and final planning meeting. All of these got us really excited but were also very helpful! So so many of our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to and that is thanks to the beautiful grounds, helpful and attentive staff and delicious food. We absolutely loved the dogs that were around too which made everyone so happy! I actually can’t express how amazing everything was – it has taken me so long to even gather my words to write this review because it was so perfect! We will continue to think about wedding at Crockwell Farm for the rest of our lives. I would do anything to relive it! Thank you so much Crockwell!

We had the most beautiful wedding day at Crockwell in April. We booked just after lockdown and were really impressed on our first visit and knew that it was the right venue for us - it was the intimate feel of Crockwell that really appealed to us - we loved that we got it for the whole weekend and that it was family run. It felt really personal. Communication throughout the planning process was excellent, all of our (many) questions were answered really quickly, they were really flexible with requests we had and were accommodating. The weekend of coordination was excellent, Katie was our wedding coordinator and our day would have been so much harder without her. We loved that such an excellent service was included in the cost. She really helped us to feel calm on the day, helped guide us through different parts of the day and what to expect when. She was invaluable. All of the staff were so helpful in setting up and also packing up and clearing up - we felt taken care of throughout and everything ran completely to plan thanks to the service. Bar and wait staff were super attentive to our guests! The venue itself is beautiful - especially the grounds & their dogs! We had so many compliments from guests on how beautiful a day it was and family who stayed said it was so nice to have the weekend to celebrate and that the morning of the wedding was really special - just to have some time together before all the excitement! They also have excellent caterers and recommended suppliers. Thank you so much to all the staff at Crockwell for supporting us to have the best day of our lives.

Sam and I had the pleasure of hosting our November wedding at the stunning Crockwell Farm. We want to pass on our thanks to all the staff at Crockwell and Ross& Ross who were involved in giving us the most perfect and unforgettable wedding day. A special thank you to Katie our wedding coordinator, Holly our bar manager and Richard our catering manager. You all went a step above for us and our guests. We were thoroughly impressed with your attentiveness and professionalism. An enormous thank you to our chefs. From the breakfast spreads, to our sharing platters and pizzas, we thought the food was impeccable! And an extra big thank you to the pizza chefs who braved the cold!! We loved all the personal touches throughout the weekend, particularly the pizza boxes in our room which were very welcomed by us both at the end of the night! Thank you for all the support in planning in the lead up to our day. We were so thankful to be able to completely customise our food options and bring our own beer. We were very grateful for the flexibility hosting our wedding at Crockwell gave us. From the stunning new make-up room, exclusive use over the weekend to the enormous amount of space for guests; Crockwell really has it all. Crockwell is truly the most beautiful venue. Each and everyone of our guests were amazed by it. Thank you for everything!

We got married at Crockwell Farm in December 2021 and it was the best day ever! Ever since we'd been to a friends wedding there in 2016 we knew it would be our wedding venue one day, we fell in love with the whole place. It is such a beautiful venue with everything in one place and very spacious, with the lovely vaulted barn, the marquee, the hidden dance floor, bar area and make-up room. Our original wedding day was booked for July 2020 which we started to plan back in 2019 but due to Covid we postponed this to December 2020 then to December 2021. All through the pandemic the staff at Crockwell were fantastic and so supportive in doing everything they could to make all the rearrangements less stressful and were understanding with all the difficult decisions we had to make, providing all the options for us. Finally when we did get to have our big day, it was absolutely perfect! All the staff went above and beyond to help in any way they could, and communication was always so great. Rosie was brilliant when we first booked our wedding day we had our planning meeting with her, Hermione and Amy were always so helpful with all our questions and arrangements, and Sarah was our co-ordinator on our wedding day. Sarah was just amazing on the day! She made sure everything happened when it should, she made sure we had everything we needed and was just brilliant, we can't thank her enough! All of our guests also loved the venue, before the refurb during lockdown it was a beautiful venue but now after all the work done it is even more beautiful! We would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The food by Ross & Ross was impeccable and very beautifully presented, all of our guests loved it and so did we, thank you to all the Ross & Ross team for being brilliant. The most amazing wedding venue!! Having had to postpone our wedding two times due to the pandemic, the team at crockwell were so incredibly understanding, supported us through every decision we needed to make. They all gave us brilliant advice on so many questions we had! On the day, Will was great - was there when we needed him and made sure the day ran smoothly. We will forever be talking about this venue and recommending it to everyone!

We booked Crockwell as our wedding venue not long after our engagement in December 2018, for July 2020. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding twice and finally we were married in December 2021. Throughout the uncertainty and stress of having to postpone our wedding, the staff at Crockwell were understanding and remained in regular contact throughout about what was happening. Their understanding, during what must have been a difficult time for them too, confirmed what I already knew about them being a fantastic venue and really caring about their couples. One thing that initially attracted us to this venue was that we could be there the afternoon before our wedding and the morning after. This allowed us to really make the most of the venue and have everyone close to use there. One positive from our wedding being postponed was that it meant Crockwell had completed more work on the venue than initially would have happened. The make-up room is a fantastic addition, ensuring that the bridal party can all get ready together and the updates to the bar and reception area are wonderful. Another addition is the breakfast room - a lovely room for the morning of, and after, the wedding. There has been a real attention to detail in all of these new areas. Even with some late changes on our part, the day ran so smoothly and it was everything we could have wished for. The staff really go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy.
